NPM are a Renovation and Facilities Management team working within both the Commercial and Residential sectors.

 

We provide an end-to-end project management service covering all your needs. We work with you to scope the project or works, provide accurate and cost-effective pricing, plan the job to match your expectations whilst delivering on time and on budget.

Our Story

NP Management was created to give property teams a better way to handle maintenance and refurbishment work. The company grew from the real need in retirement villages, schools and commercial sites for a partner who could turn up, manage the work properly, and remove the day-to-day pressure from onsite teams.


Over time, the work expanded. What began with maintenance and refurbishments grew into renovations, multi-trade services, planned preventive maintenance and support for projects across multiple sites. As the workload increased, the company invested heavily in systems, processes and a strong management team — with a focus on health and safety, communication and predictable delivery.

Today, NP Management works closely with retirement villages, aged-care operators, schools, commercial buildings and body corporates. The aim has stayed the same from the start — to take the hard work off property teams and manage each job end-to-end so the site can keep running without disruption.
