Scope of work
Full internal strip-out and rebuild of three fire and flood-affected apartments across multiple levels within an occupied retirement village.

- We coordinated directly with the insurance representatives on behalf of the client, managing all meetings, scoping discussions, pricing negotiations, and programme alignment.
- The team carried out scheduled site walkthroughs with the client throughout the project, ensuring visibility, progress tracking, and alignment at every stage.
- Works were sequenced tightly to allow full strip-out back to framing, followed by coordinated reinstatement across all trades without delay.

Three two-bedroom, 70sqm apartments were fully rebuilt, handed over move-in ready, and completed two days before Christmas, within the eight-week programme.
